In Illinois, anyone arrested for DUI must undergo a DUI drug and alcohol evaluation before they can be sentenced for the DUI offense. The purpose of this evaluation is to determine the degree of the defendant’s alcohol and/or drug use and what risk that poses to public safety. There are two different processes: for the court, including out-of-state cases, and Secretary of State license reinstatement. Whatever process you need, we can provide information and services.

We are licensed by the State of Illinois by SUPR to provide DUI Evaluations and DUI Classes required by the court and Secretary of State for license reinstatement after DUI conviction.

We offer all Levels of DUI Services:

Minimal Risk

• Minimum ten hours of DUI Risk Education Classes

Moderate Risk

• Minimum ten hours of DUI Risk Education Classes
• Minimum of 12 hours of early intervention- over a minimum of four weeks with no more than three hours per day in any seven consecutive days
• Subsequent completion of any and all necessary treatment

Significant Risk

• Minimum of ten hours of DUI Risk Education Classes
• Minimum of 20 hours of substance abuse treatment
• Active on-going participation in all activities specified in the continuing care plan. (Aftercare)

High Risk

• Minimum of 75 hours of substance abuse treatment
• Active on-going participation in all activities specified in the continuing care plan (Aftercare)
