Brown earned his PhD in Community Psychology from National Louis University in Chicago. He is currently a Professor of Psychology campuses within the City Colleges of Chicago network. Dr. Brown is also the creator the R.E.A.C.T. Approach\, which is a scientifically proven method to resolve conflicts within any relationship. Crystal is an Illinois Certified Mediator\, Restorative Justice Peace Circle Keeper\, and certified in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention.  She has mainly worked on the West Side of Chicago\, serving the communities of North Lawndale\, Garfield\, Austin\, Humboldt Park\, Little Village\, and surrounding western suburbs. \nGregory Cox is a human service professional with a focus on parent leadership and family life. Mr. Cox has over twenty years’ experience working within the non- profit sector. Mr. Cox founded Doing Family Supportive Services (DFSS)\, a 501c3\, a non-profit organization that provides parent leadership training\, coining the term “parent perspective” to reflect the need to approach birth parent services in a way unique to them. He holds certifications in Parent Instruction\, DUI\, and Crisis Prevention. As an author\, Gregory Cox has written “Promising The Moon”\, a personal journey into his life\, which was adopted as a required text for Illinois State University’s School of Social Work 2016 Fall course on Child Welfare Services.
